Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using GlobalPathway. By creating an account or using any part of the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GlobalPathway.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Travgenix Solutions Limited (“Travgenix”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Nigeria, operating the GlobalPathway platform at travgenix.com and its associated subdomains.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where changes are material, notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
GlobalPathway is an AI-powered scholarship discovery and mentoring platform designed primarily for African students and applicants seeking international educational funding. The platform provides:
GlobalPathway provides information and tools to assist with your applications. We do not guarantee admission to any institution or the award of any scholarship. Outcomes depend entirely on your individual applications and the decisions of third-party scholarship providers.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create a GlobalPathway account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@travgenix.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to create more than one account, impersonate any person or entity, provide false registration information, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
GlobalPathway offers the following subscription tiers:
All payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor operating under Nigerian and international financial regulations. By completing a payment you agree to Paystack’s terms and conditions. Travgenix Solutions Limited does not store your card details.
Subscription fees are charged in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Nigerian consumer protection law or where we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days before any price change takes effect.
Mentor booking sessions are scheduled via Google Calendar and conducted over Google Meet. When you book a session, you authorise GlobalPathway to create a calendar event on your behalf and share a meeting link with your assigned mentor.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked session by contacting us at hello@travgenix.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without prior notice, will be counted as a used session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Mentors are independent education consultants. Travgenix facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or outcome of any advice provided during a mentoring session. Mentor availability is subject to change without notice.
All content on GlobalPathway — including but not limited to the platform design, AI models, scholarship database, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Travgenix Solutions Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.
Content you submit to the platform (such as documents uploaded for analysis) remains your property. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. Uploaded documents are not retained beyond your active session.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
GlobalPathway is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Scholarship information in our database is provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any scholarship listing. Always verify details directly with the scholarship provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Travgenix Solutions Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of GlobalPathway, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₦10,000 (ten thousand naira), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travgenix Solutions Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ondo State, Nigeria.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@travgenix.com or through the account deletion option in the platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or where required by law. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
